III tax webinar CASP SGH with patronage of WIN Polska
On 12 December, The Centre for Analysis and Studies of Taxation (CASP) at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with patronage of WIN Poland hosted IIIrd tax webinar: “Shaping the transfer pricing practice in delineation of controlled transaction”.
The development of domestic transfer pricing practice on issues related to the delineation of controlled transaction between associated companies brings plenty of twists in the plot. What is accurate or actual in that matter and is not recharacterization might thrill not only tax practitioners, but also academics and other observers of twisting transfer pricing practice. To shed some light on that topic, we invited prominent speakers to discuss:
- what is the origin of accurate delineation of transaction?
- how far the delineation is from recharacterization and how far it should be?
- what are the country examples of shaping the TP practice into accurate delineation of accurate transaction?
The panel discussion included:
- Mayra Lucas - Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor at OECD,
- dr Svitlana Buriak – Assistant Professor at University of Amsterdam, Director of Amsterdam Centre for TP and Income Allocation,
- Jolanta Galon – Senior Fiscal Expert in National Revenue Administration, Customs and Tax Office in Poznań,
- Céline Pasquier – Partner/Head of Transfer Pricing in BDO Avocats, France.
